Also, if you are planning for everyday routine exercise you better choose one that you will really enjoy. Enjoying what you are doing will let you do the routine lightly and less stress on your part.
4. Stop jogging if it’s not working. Jogging is one of the basic exercises that anyone can do daily. But if you think jogging is not anymore working like you feel so bored doing it and you are not losing weight, then you better stop doing it. Think of a more productive exercise that will help you loss calories. Or you can consider jogging as your warm-up for around 10-15 minutes then right after, you can do the other form of exercise.5.
